ENSEARCH

ENSEARCH is a non-profit association of organisations, professionals, students and people with interest in learning and promoting effective ways to manage the impacts of human activities on the environment. The members of ENSEARCH believe that everyone is responsible for managing and mitigating the impacts of their corporate, professional and daily living activities on the environment. Thus, the motto of the association is “ENSEARCH for a Better Environment”.

ENSEARCH’s Mission is to promote excellence in environmental management among organisations, professional and interested persons.

FMM is the lead organisation representing the manufacturing sector in Malaysia. FMM works in concert with the Government to create and sustain a dynamic business environment as well as assist the industry to increase productivity and business efficiency. FMM’s scope of activities range from basic advisory and guidance services on government policies and regulations to representation of manufacturer’s interests to the relevant authorities, industry surveys, industry group management, trade and business promotion, online value added information through the FMM Net, publications as well as training.

In the area of environmental protection, FMM is an appointed member of the Environmental Quality Council. FMM, as represented by industry experts, also sits on the Industry Standards Committee on Environment (ISC Z) and in four Technical Committees under the ICS Z.

MICCI is an established and progressive organisation representing the majority of international corporations currently operating in Malaysia. It aims to promote, protect and advance free enterprise and in particular the interests of the international investment community at present and potentially involved in trade, commerce and industry in Malaysia, and investment into Malaysia, from non-racial, non-religious and non-political stand point.

The MICCI is achievement oriented, using practices appropriate to Malaysia’s needs, guided by long term considerations.
